Terms & Conditions


1.1. By placing an order on the fildor.ch website, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

1.2. The Buyer's personal data is not provided to third parties. Fil d'or company reserves the right to use this information for marketing purposes (sales data analysis, website traffic analysis, electronic mailing).

1.3. By registering on the fildor.ch site, the Buyer agrees to provide true, accurate information about themselves and their contact details.


2.1. Orders are accepted through the website fildor.ch and by phone at +41 22 940 20 73.

2.2. Call reception times at +41 22 940 20 73 and order processing times of the online store: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.

2.3. After placing an order on the website, the Buyer receives a message at the email address provided at registration stating that their order has been accepted by the automatic order management system, and a representative of the online store will soon contact them to finalize the order, check the availability of ordered products, and clarify payment and delivery terms.

2.4. An order is not considered finalized if the Buyer has not gone through the order confirmation stage with an online store representative by phone (for instance, if the Buyer does not answer the call, is out of mobile coverage area, etc.).


3.1. The terms of payment and delivery of goods to the Buyer are regulated by the "Delivery and Payment" section.

3.2. The online store manager undertakes to inform the Buyer about delivery times and possible delays (if any are anticipated).

3.3. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the delivery times, they have the right to cancel the order on the day it is finalized by contacting the manager of the online store fildor.ch.

3.4. When delivering the order to the Buyer, both parties must check the conformity of product names and quantities on the order form and the sales receipt with the goods actually delivered.


4.1. An item accidentally added or mixed up in the order? When checking the parcel upon receipt, did you notice damage to the product? We understand that misunderstandings sometimes happen. Just tell us about the problem, and we will help resolve it quickly.

4.2. If upon receiving the parcel, the delivered product does not match the order, the courier or the manager at the pickup point will take it back upon your request and refund the payment. At the pickup points of postal services partners and upon receiving the parcel, a return is also possible, but not of individual items, but the entire parcel.

4.3. If a problem is discovered later, briefly describe the situation, attach photos or a video of the product you bought from us and would like to return, by sending an email to zakaz@fildor.ch.

4.4. If the product is unopened and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. If a defect in packaging is found on the product and you would like to return it, please do not open the packaging of other products, as we cannot accept partial returns of individual items from an order or returns of products with damaged packaging.


5.1. The online store fildor.ch reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement, while informing the Buyer of any significant changes to the Agreement by email, and the Buyer agrees to receive such messages from the online store.

5.2. The online store fildor.ch undertakes to provide free access to the terms of this Agreement on its website.


6.1. The online store fildor.ch may at any time, without notice, make changes to the materials and services provided on this site, as well as to the products and prices mentioned therein.

6.2. Under no circumstances shall the online store fildor.ch be liable for any damage (including damage from loss of profits, data, or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use this site.
